The opportunity available is to join the Trainee Store Manager progression scheme. This will help you to quickly gain valuable knowledge and skills to lead you towards being a Store Manager in 12-18 months. What does the Trainee Manage Scheme involve? - Start as a Trainee Manager with a salary of £18,720 - First 16 weeks involving class room based theory and on the job practical training as well. - On completion of the first 16 weeks you will be promoted to Shift Manager and a pay rise to £19,890 - On-going training and workshops at regular intervals as well as continued support and guidance all the way to Store Manager level and beyond.
