Reporting to the Director, you will develop the team's capability in the areas of Strategic HR Policy, Compliance, Pay, Reward and Recognition. To achieve this end, you will build strong working relationships with stakeholders and Unions, develop innovative and flexible solutions that deliver cultural change. As an inspirational leader who enjoys motivating teams, you will develop a positive employment relationship climate by partnering with the HR community, senior leaders and stakeholders, including Unions. Your remit will also include overall responsibility for the HR budget, forecasting, spend and preparation of funding bids. You will also use MI to determine trends and themes and act on the results collaborating with HR colleagues and stakeholders. Overall, you will create a culture that enables teams to work together so as to deliver successful outcomes through people giving priority to delivering the needs of the customer CIPD qualified with a coaching style of leadership, the successful candidate will have experience in project planning, implementing strategic HR Policy, Compliance, Pay, Reward and Recognition and will have developed policy, processes and systems in all these areas particularly with a customer focus and by working closely with stakeholders. You will also have developed positive employment relations resulting in high levels of employee involvement, commitment and engagement.
