We are seeking a Specialist Hospital Sales Representative within the Oncology Business Unit, the successful candidate will be required to sell Xalkori and implement projects and initiatives across a range of accounts and work collaboratively with their Specialist Account Manager (SAM). Key Responsibilities: To successfully and effectively sell Xalkori to key clinicians and stakeholders within the patient pathway to ensure our commercial success within the district. Identify key customers who may be used throughout the region as speakers at promotional meetings. Develop a target customer list which will allow the maximum ROI for the district. Proactively review and update business plans on a monthly basis and provide key insights. Detailed sales analysis required to understand the performance of key accounts and be able to demonstrate how these insights are driving your activity and focus. Ensure best practice is shared amongst the district colleagues as appropriate. Appropriately manage territory budget. Essential Skills: Ideally a Life Science Degree and should also have ABPI qualification. Excellent level of product knowledge and knowledge of your current therapeutic area. Oncology knowledge and experience would be an asset. Outstanding selling skills. Ability to build a rapport with customers essential. A willingness to learn and be exposed to new ideas, environments and change. This is a permanent role covering North London, East London, Essex and Anglia Territory.
