Business Analyst Newport Permanent £33,000-£45,000 Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with exposure to a range of markets within financial services. They are looking for someone with effective communication and leadership skills, you will use expert knowledge to investigate, gather, analyse and document business requirements for new business solutions as well as enhancements to existing solutions in accordance with agreed processes. You will need strong problem-solving skills, an analytical approach to your work and excellent attention to detail. If successful, you will lead and participate in all client workshops and client presentations as required, ensuring support for improvement initiatives by working closely with the Senior Business Analyst to establish, implement and continually improve processes. About the role The Business Analyst works on new software and servicing implementations and is responsible for gathering the detailed business requirements, including detailed process flows and solution documents, ensuring the overall solution meets business needs. The successful applicant will lead the solution throughout the project lifecycle, operating as the interface between business and technical departments to ensure that proposed solutions are valid, documented and meet the correct business functionality, requirements and industry standards.
