The Recruitment Partner role will form part of a new team dedicated to volume recruitment within our customer contact centres. The role will be all about attracting, selecting and on-boarding the very best, customer focussed sales and service advisors to join us at an exciting time.
What you'll be doing
Be accountable for delivering the hiring requirements of your business areas/locations. Fulfil 100% of requirements with high calibre candidates in a cost effective and timely way. With plans in place to ensure contingency. Establish successful relationships and work in partnership with stakeholders to fully understand the site hiring requirements and deliver a seamless recruitment experience. Accountable for the end to end management of the candidate journey (to verbal offer to include keep warm process) making it a great candidate experience. Build and develop direct candidate pipelines from attraction activities that focus on community engagement and enhancing the employment brand. Be the expert for recruitment in your geography and job family (eg sales and service call centre hiring expert). Work directly with hiring managers and influence key recruitment decisions that minimise attrition risks and promote fairness and equity in the hiring process. Lead all on site recruitment events and facilitate all hiring discussions. Manage the relationship with the telephone interview supplier for specific sites. Engage with external talent through networking, researching, industry events, and competitor mapping.
What you'll already be brilliant at
You'll already have spent time working in recruitment and have a passion for both delivering an outstanding customer and candidate service. You'll have experience of the recruitment industry, gained from either an in-house or external/RPO environments.
You may also have worked onsite delivering end to end vacancy & candidate management within a large, complex organisation. You must have external candidate attraction experience and a sound understanding of how it works; networking and sourcing candidates and researching candidate pools through job boards, online databases, social media, alumni, referrals etc.
You will ideally have internal candidate management experience.
Experience of lifecycle candidate management, from requisition through to offer management & contracting
Essential that you have experience of working with/ using applicant tracking systems and HR databases with a high level of data integrity.
Excellent & demonstrable stakeholder management skills, ideally gained within a matrix management environment
Experience of managing conflicting priorities and workloads within a busy team environment
Demonstrable experience of delivering results & delivering against individual and team targets
Well organised and structured approach to workload - excellent planning skills
Familiarity with employment laws relevant to recruitment
Willing to travel and be adaptable and work in a flexible environment
