We are looking to put together a team of Support Workers with a proven background in Learning Disability or Mental Health to work with people aged between 8 and 64 in settings in the Swansea, Cardiff, Newport, Brecon and Hereford areas with immediate start.

As a Support Worker for Circle Support, you will promote the well-being and independence of young persons, adolescents and adults with learning disabilities.

You will provide a person centred service in a variety of settings where you will give them opportunities to develop their skills and participate within their community, according to their interests and abilities.

Circle Support is growing. We are looking for lots of support workers to join us in our journey.

You will build a strong relationship with the people you support to really understand how to engage and help them develop a variety of practical and social skills. You will empathise with their problems, and provide manageable solutions.
