Letting Negotiator - Cardiff Student Letting
Salary £18,492 per annum. The role offers an excellent working environment and benefits package including 38 days annual leave, plus bank holidays. This is a full time, fixed term contract for 12 months.

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Letting Agency team at Cardiff Student Letting.
Based in the Students' Union building on Park Place, the successful candidate will assist the Letting Agency team to help manage and grow the existing business. This is very much a sales role with a high emphasis on letting properties. Duties will include arranging and conducting viewings, drafting tenancies, negotiating terms, dealing with both landlord and tenant queries, property maintenance and inspections, organising your own workload, supervising student staff and general office administration.
The person we are seeking must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a polite and patient manner and a ‘can do' attitude. Applicants must also hold a full UK driving licence and be competent in the use of I.T. Previous letting experience or working in a sales environment is desirable.
Working hours are normally 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, although some flexibility of work routine is required during evenings and weekends.
