Our client is a hugely successful B2B telecoms supplier who are looking to add to their growing and successful team. They are looking for people who want to join a vibrant and rewarding organisation without the need to 'cold call' as calls are made to their existing customer base. The role includes: Working within a busy office Making calls and agreeing appointments for account managers to visit the customer Generating interest in cross-selling services and products into existing customer base You will work closely with the Field Sales Team to discuss and nurture customer accounts to identify client needs and opportunities beyond the current transaction. The right candidate will also need to ensure that a consistent and systematic approach is taken to the management of the customers, which includes regular reviews, satisfaction surveys, reporting and email campaigns. You will need to focus on the customer requirements and maintain customer satisfaction within the role. As this is primarily an outbound calling role, you will need to have a positive attitude, a great telephone manner and a willingness to learn new technology. Full training will be provided however, someone with previous telecoms experience would be advantageous as well as someone who understands the art of selling phone systems and other products (such as mobile telephones). Previous B2B experience is essential together with Account Management experience. It is also important that the successful candidate has an understanding of a dynamic set up.
