Due to continued success, this multiple award winning regional contractor are looking to expand their current team in Cardiff with the addition of an experienced construction Project Manager. You will join an experienced residential team and initially work on a long term project of over 1,500 homes around Cardiff. Your main duties and responsibilities will include; Develop and implement detailed programmes and schedules to allow accurate monitoring and reporting of project progress. Identify quality expectations and ensure compliance on the live project with these expectations. Develop and implement site establishment and ensure efficient and effective management of site logistics across multiple sites. Communicate with site teams and ensure all measures are in place to ensure successful handover of the project. Support the customer/end user throughout the handover process For the best chance of success, you will be an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering projects for a reputable contractor within the region. You will most likely hold SMSTS and First Aid at Work. Ideally you will have experience across a mixture of sectors such as Commercial, Residential and Education with new build and refurbishment experience being an advantage.
