National Account Manager MotoNovo Finance is seeking a field based National Account Manager for North England (Various Locations) As this role will be covering a large geographical area, candidates must be flexible to travel. Salary £45,000 - £50,000 with a realistic OTE of £60,000 MotoNovo Finance is a business that is achieving its vision for the future. Job Summary: To proactively manage and develop major dealer groups within the AM Top 150 within the Key Accounts Division. To ensure that by applying high level sales and management skills the current dealer base is closely reviewed and managed. To ensure that new dealer group opportunities are understood, researched and acquired. To promote company added value products and services to our dealer partners. Ensure that your work remains compliant with policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative requirement and ensure that all administration tasks are completed in a professional manner. Job description Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing dealers in AM 150 to generate profitable business, ensuring that agreed returns are met, making a significant contribution to business results Lead the qualification and presentation process in acquiring and renewing AM150 group relationships Become experts in MotoNovo Finance’s Products & Services ensuring that innovation and products are understood, promoted and delivered to AM150 Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of competitor activities and market trends and compile industry information for marketing purposes Promote MotoNovo at industry networking events Make a significant and measurable contribution to business results by constantly evaluating the business generated at group level; developing and improving the business ensuring suitable mix of business and maximum profitability is achieved. P roactively monitor and identify trends in performance of existing Accounts, and implement strategic plans to improve results or embrace opportunities identified, ensuring management is kept informed. Proactively manage Dealer Funding facilities, maximising profitability and minimising risk, to ensure that the Company achieves the agreed volumes of business. In addition complete dealer reviews in the prescribed timescales, reporting issues to senior management as required Maintain and develop business relationship with Suppliers Deputise for the Regional Manager where appropriate, utilising mandates and taking responsibility in a compliant manner Deliver, through development and by example, best practice to the MotoNovo sales team.
