Development Patrol Competitive salary package, OTE of £25,000 Shifts include evenings, weekends and bank holidays Opportunities nationally but priority locations are currently Crawley & Guildford, Cambridge, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Birmingham, Stoke-on-Trent, London (inside the M25) Make up for the breakdown. When our customers break down on the road, they know we’ll never let them down. Because the AA is always there for its members to get them up and running. Wherever and whenever they need us, we’re ready for anything. You’ll be the friendly face meeting customers at the roadside, helping them out with flat batteries and other basic breakdowns. Safely and effectively, you’ll diagnose and repair the faults there and then, so they can get to wherever they’re going next. Based on the road in your AA vehicle, you’ll work a varied shift pattern to meet the needs of our customers, including evenings, weekends, and overtime in busy periods. Best of all, our commitment to support your development means you could gain all the experience and expertise you need to move on to a Roadside Technician role. Which would mean you’ll take on more complex work, and take home the higher salary that goes with it. A people person, you’ll bring a real talent for making our customers feel calm in stressful situations, and explaining what we can offer. With automotive workshop experience, you’re familiar with vehicle technology and electrical systems, and confident conducting repairs. You are likely to hold a level 2/3 vehicle maintenance and repair qualification, or have substantial on the job experience. You will also need a full driving licence covering B or BE categories with six points or less. If you don’t already have the BE category, we’ll fund this as part of your induction. At the AA we’re here for our members but we’re also here for our people. So we offer a wide range of benefits, a competitive salary and a comprehensive residential training course. So you'll really know your stuff.
