We are currently recruiting for a fast paced business which needs to respond rapidly to the ever changing energy landscape. The Senior Account Manager will successfully combine all components of an Account Manager including setting the strategy, project managing and relationship building to ensure that they provide a world class service to their clients and maximise their client relationships. Industry experience in Corporate Energy Management is essential for this role Attributes and Experience Drive and passion to work in a dynamic, fast-growth environment Passionate and enthusiastic about providing service excellence to clients Communicates professionally, commercially and intelligently at a senior level Proven success and drive for growing and building positive relationships in a business setting Highly effective, energetic and motivated Desire to excel in the energy sector Well presented, professional, reliable and ethical Full clean UK driving license Responsibilities Holding full responsibility for maintaining and growing a portfolio of Key clients Develop a detailed understanding of each client’s environment, industry sector and business priorities and respond with appropriate strategic propositions Prepare professional proposals and service level agreements based on a comprehensive understanding of client needs Ensure both client and internal stakeholders are clear on deliverables Qualify value to company, assigning appropriate commercial arrangements, negotiating and closing opportunities Project manage effectively to ensure agreed services are delivered appropriately and on time Raise company brand and product awareness Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients Take complete ownership for service delivery and address any issues Recommend marketing campaigns to win new clients and cross sell to existing clients Obtain client referrals, case studies and testimonials Anticipate problems and proactively resolve Identify and mitigate competitive threats Communicate complex information clearly Maintain company records and the CRM system accurately Commit to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement and make suggestions or improvements This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/74196791
