Robert Half are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract in CardiffThe successful candidate must be fully ACCA or ACA qualified. The main duties will include: Leading and directing the Assistant Finance Manager and Financial Accounts Assistant; Leading and directing the Divisional Accounts Departments; Responsibility for the design and review of financial processes to ensure they are effective, efficient and compliant with Group guidelines; Production and review of balance sheet reconciliations; Assisting with the balance sheet budget and forecasting process; Responsibility for the Capital Expenditure budget and reporting process; Management of the compliance and reporting process. Skills and experience required: Self-motivating, determined with drive and a results-focused approach; Strong Excel and Word skills; Experience of managing a team; Experience working in a pressurised environment; Attention to detail; Good interpersonal skills.
