HRIS Analyst / PM to support new Peoplesoft project implementation - immediate start
As HR Project Coordinator, you will work with the corporate project team, key stakeholders and third party contractors to support the implementation of a new Peoplesoft HR system. You will co-ordinate the project on behalf of the local HR team with responsibilities including:
- providing administrative / project support to HR and project team
- ensuring info and systems data is accurately transitioned and uploaded
- analyse and contribute to process improvement / HR data-tracking options
- training and troubleshooting on system usage and data integrity issues

As HRIS Project Coordinator, you will have previous HR software project implementation experience and knowledge of HR Systems ( ideally Peoplesoft ) including:
- good analytical skills, with ability to interpret / analyse data
- ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- strong organisational / communication / interpersonal skills
This role is a contract role for up to 12 months.
