We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Cardiff, this is an exciting role supporting the Sales Organization in the achievement of revenue, customer satisfaction, process improvement, and market penetration objectives. Main responsible will be: - Working closely with the sales team to provide administrative support to vertically aligned teams. - Monitoring of schedules/diaries to ensure the smooth running of sales activities. - To help manage our CRM system to ensure that all team members' portfolios and communications are kept up to date and accurate. - Build effective working relationships with the sales team, internal processing teams, and customers - Acts as a liaison between Sales and Onboarding and Fulfillment, Credentialing, Customer Support, Legal, Finance and Customer Operations teams providing a single point of contact for all sales related processes - To provide front line support to our prospects/clients with regards to general enquiries. - To ensure the smooth operation of new and existing projects by contacting clients and liaising with internal teams within the Company. - To carry out any general day-to-day duties as and when required to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department. - To help identify areas in which to improve sales procedures and the tools/systems used by the sales team. - To prepare proposals, contracts and other documentation for new and existing clients on behalf of the team. - To carry out general day to day duties as and when required to ensure the smooth running of the business - - Qualifications and Experience -Essential : - Educated to GCSE level; including English and Maths - Comfortable using Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. - Show excellent work ethic and drive to succeed. - Self-motivated with ability to work well within a team whilst understanding how important individual performance is. - Ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients. - Ability to remain calm under pressure. - Excellent client service skillsDesirable : - - Higher education qualifications - Past experience of working in a B2B environment with high value corporate clients. - Strong administrative background. - Experience of working as part of a sales team - Ability to make decisions and work using own initiative. - We're a superb company to work for, with great people, great benefits (28.5 days hols 8 B/Hols), world class technology, market leading products, a culture of innovation and collaboration, and superb career prospects.
