Branch Manager - Mumbles
Due to a promotion the Society is looking to appoint a new Full Time Branch Manager for its Mumbles Branch.
Salary competitive plus sector benefits. The Branch Manager will be responsible for running the branch, generating new business and managing customer relationships. The successful applicant will be the face of the Society in Mumbles and Gower and as such will be responsible for the Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet budgets for the branch.
The Branch Manager will develop new and manage key business introducer relationships in Mumbles and Gower as well as direct customer relationships.
The above position will require the CeMAP mortgage qualification. It is essential that you will be able to demonstrate proven abilities in a branch sales/business development role within a building society or banking environment.
The successful applicant will be required to manage operational procedures in a number of business areas as efficiently as possible, whilst maintaining a market leading level of customer service.
The ideal candidates will be self-motivated, well organised and be able to work under pressure and achieve challenging deadlines. Reporting to the Chief Executive you will be responsible for around five staff and must have a proven success in managing and developing people.
