Qualified Mortgage Advisor Are you a qualified Mortgage Advisor with experience of providing first class advised customer service? If the answer is yes, then this could be the role for you. When you join our team, from day one you'll have access to a competitive benefits package, including: A discretionary annual bonus Bupa healthcare for you and your family worth up to £700 A market-leading employer pension contribution of up to 17% Life assurance (4 x base salary) Group Income Protection of 60% of salary if you are unable to work following absence of over 26 weeks 28 days' holiday, plus 8 public and bank holidays - with the option to purchase up to an additional 5 days My Choice - our flexible benefits scheme The opportunity to participate in HSBC Group Share Plans; Sharesave and Share Incentive Plan On a day to day basis you will: • Listen to customers to identify and understand their current and future needs for mortgages and provide the right solution to meet those needs • Recognise the wider financial planning needs of individual customers and make referrals to other areas of the bank, where the customers' wider needs can be met. • Proactively develop and strengthen customer relationships and, in doing so, generate new business responsibly. • Being an advocate of HSBC values and business principles by putting the customer first and delivering excellent customer service to complex customer calls by keeping up to date in your professional accreditation • Generating customer loyalty through strong knowledge of key products and services • Proactively managing financial and non-financial risks and promoting HSBC's balanced risk culture Qualifications To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: • All candidates must already hold a full Level 3 mortgage qualification (e.g. CF1 and CF6, or full CeMAP) • Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. customer service, contact centre, mortgage/financial services • Experience of personally complying with business processes, rules and regulations • Experience working in relevant market/context, i.e. Regulated Financial Services is essential We're passionate about you and career progression, we will ensure you go through a really thorough induction programme during your first 8 weeks.
