Are you an advanced user of MS Office and Excel? Do you have experience of working in a fast paced environment? We have an exciting opportunity to work within a public sector organisation on a full time temporary basis. We are looking for an experienced Administrator who is a confident user of MS Excel to work as a Finance Assistant with a varied workload.

Responsibilities

- To support the Finance department with all aspects of general administration
- To record information on a central database
- Maintaining department spreadsheet
- Data entry
- Filing, scanning and photocopying

Requirements

- Excellent numerical and literacy skills
- Good analytic and problem solving skills
- Excellent keyboard skills and the ability to work at quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Experience of using MS Application including excel
