The Role: We are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant or a candidate with extensive sales experience to work as a Permanent Consultant within our Cardiff branch. A 'can do' attitude and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations is a must together with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. The ideal candidate will be hungry to succeed and build their own division. There is plenty of room for development with high-volume use of techniques such as cold calling, speculative calls on behalf of candidates, client visits and marketing. Interviewing a variety of candidates using biographical and competency based interviewing. Matching candidates with clients' vacancies. The ideal candidate: Will have experience as a Recruitment Consultant or an individual who has extensive sales experience in business-to-business and cold calling. Most important of all you must have a strong and tenacious personality and be able to thrive in a sales and recruitment environment. You must be a real ``people person`` and enjoy communicating with your candidates and clients both over the telephone and face-to-face. The ideal candidate must be a team player; this is a friendly and enthusiastic team based in Cardiff.
