We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Co-ordinator for our Client based on the outskirts of Cardiff. Working within a friendly open plan office you will be required to develop and promote the Company's hire business by providing telesales together with commercial and administrative support to the team. Duties will include: - Structured business development to include 'cold calling' within designated areas to achieve order targets - Preparation of quotations and drawings in line with customer requirements - Deal with customer enquiries both over the telephone and via e-mail - Generating orders - Organising and arranging appointments - Updating and maintaining customer records via SAP system - Maximising sales opportunities by promoting the full range of services available - Ensuring compliance in line with ISO 9001 and codes of practice The successful candidate must have:- - Full UK driving licence - Good level of numeracy/literacy - 5 GCSE's to include Maths & English - Strong administrative skills ideally obtained in a customer service environment - Experience of business development - Good working knowledge of Word & Excel, SAP would be an advantage Hours of work are 8.30am - 4.45pm Monday to Friday
