We are looking for an experienced Primary Care Administrator for an immediate start 12 month temporary contract based in Pontypool.

Working within the Primary Care IT Department you will be assisting the Primary Care Manager in the day to day running of the office and duties will include:-

- Organising meetings and training courses
- Developing and maintaining IT systems to accurately record and report implementation and training activities
- Assist with implementation and training sessions venues throughout the locality
- Liaising with customer to deliver implementation plans and training courses
- Responding to queries and taking appropriate action as required
- Maintaining and updating financial and administrative records for the Department
- Management and co-ordination of allocated budgets on behalf of clients

The successful candidate must have:-

- Proven experience within an administrative/finance role
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise own work load
- Educated to 'A' level standard or above
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and MSProject
- Full clean driving licence and own transport
