Business Intelligence Developer We are recruiting for a commercially minded and customer focused Business Intelligence Analyst\Developer with great interpersonal and communication skills. The Business Intelligence Developer will play a key role as part of the Business Intelligence team and working with all areas of the business. The role - Creating Business Intelligence reports to spec and to schedule using SSRS/Business Objects - Working with report consumers to gather requirements and to improve existing products and services - Providing achievable estimates for project deliverables and requests for change - Assist in the maintenance and ongoing development of the Data Warehouse and Data Marts - Data migration, Data Staging and Data Transformation. - Create, review and update development documentation, including technical and functional specifications - Ability to quickly understand and respond to the business issues and challenges - Analysis of data to identify errors and inconsistencies Skills - Computing studied to degree level or equivalent work experience - Good experience using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Reporting Services (SSRS) / Business Objects - Good understanding of SQL including: - Stored procedures and functions - Views - Creating and altering tables - General understanding of dimensional database design (OLAP) - General understanding of relational database design (OLTP) If you would like to be considered for the role then please get in touch with Jake Denman at OR You can also apply via the advert.
