Customer Accounts Administrator We are an automotive finance company and subsidiary of General Motors, with our UK headquarters based in Cardiff, UK. We are the captive automotive finance provider for Vauxhall Motors, MG Motors, SsangYong UK and we also operate in the independent sector and looking for a Customer Accounts Administrator. Responsibilities In this role you will serve as a key point of contact for our fleet customers by processing a volume of invoices and providing support via telephone and email enquiries. You will help with problem resolution, setting up new customers on our system and use SAP and Excel for finance administration. This is a busy department with a high volume of processing required, therefore attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure is important. Qualifications With experience of working in a finance or customer account administration environment, you will be able to manage a high volume of workload by maintaining excellent levels of accuracy. You will have a strong work ethic and the ability to liaise with customers in a courteous and professional manner. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate second to none organisational skills and excellent IT skills, ideally including working knowledge of SAP and Excel. We welcome applications from candidates who have studied an Accountancy, Business Management or similar degree; or those who have completed an AAT qualification or equivalent.
