This business continues to lead the way as an industry leader within their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further your career in designing, developing and shaping a new department. What the job is: We are looking for an experienced Resource Planning Analyst to join a growing Resource Planning Team and take the opportunity to work in a supportive and flexible environment. The successful person in the role will help to produce forecasting models and reports for specific business areas to assist in the delivery of departmental targets. Qualifications Is this the job for you? You will be a Resource Planning Analyst and have done a similar Resource Planning role for at least two years within a Contact Centre environment (extra points if you have a Genesys certification) and have been great at it and all that being a Resource Planning Analyst involves -if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you. Some bullet points about you: - Knowledge of Planning and Forecasting principles - Knowledge of regulatory targets, such as Service Incentive Mechanism (SIM) and awareness of the impact of accurate reporting - A Foundation Certificate in Call Centre Planning - Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Access to be able to produce forecasts, resource models and regulatory reporting - Highly developed and proven analytical skills to support forecasting trends - Reasonable report writing skills to be able to provide high-level summaries and recommendations to the business - Working knowledge of specialist applications NICE and Genesys Telephony suite to troubleshoot and administer the systems or other comparable applications - Knowledge and understanding of in-house systems, such as CMS, CAS and Tallyman Additional Information How to Apply?
