Our client is looking to recruit a childcare assesor within its specialist division the role will involve the following: Delivering and assessing all aspects of the vocational training service from recruitment to verification. Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of learning delivery (and associated activities i.e. Health and Safety) in line with awarding body and funding body instructions. Provide appropriate levels of advice, guidance and support to all stakeholders. Identify and address any specific needs of individual learners. Ensure timely completion of all qualifications and courses. Be proactive in the communication and resolution of issues that affect the timely achievement of learners. Adhere to all policies & procedures of the organisation & stakeholders Verification Complete and maintain verification records in line with awarding body requirements Provide constructive feedback to assessors with a view to continuously improving standards of delivery Observe peers and feedback on performance Share examples of best practice within service delivery Business Development Identify business opportunities for all aspects of company's products and services Carry out a limited number of customer contact visits on behalf of the company as a whole to maintain relationships and develop business opportunities. Personal Development Undertake personal development activities as required by the business to develop and enhance skills and capabilities Proactively identify opportunities for team and personal development Maintain own knowledge of internal systems and processes Ideal candidate will come from a Nursery managers background have level 2/3.
