Position: Locksmiths Operations Administrator Based: Instore Role: This is a permanent position to provide administrative, organisational and marketing support for our Lock-Tech Locksmiths department. You will also be responsible for the business development of the department. You must be computer literate, possess good telephone skills and be well organised. The successful applicant will have good experience of record-keeping and workload planning. A practical aptitude would be beneficial, enabling you to learn key cutting and basic lock assembly skills. You will be expected to deal with customers on the telephone and face-to-face. This position is key to the future development of this important department.
