Quality Officer - Cardiff
We are an independently run home care business which was set up in 2017 and specialise in caring for people with varying range of needs within their own homes throughout the Cardiff area. We currently have a vacancy for a full-time quality officer to join our team. In this role, you will be overseeing and controlling each new package that our company receives from the local authority. You will be working closely with the council and internal colleagues to ensure everything is in place to be able to provide services to new clients. An understanding of domiciliary care is also desirable. An interest in the care industry is essential and you must be available for on call duties on a rota basis and to occasionally provide flexible back up care & support. The post is subject to a criminal records check met by employer, a full driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential. Ideally, you will be organised with good attention to detail. You will likely have worked in a similar role for a care company previously as a quality officer or key worker.
