Audit Coordinator

We are an automotive finance company and subsidiary of General Motors, with our UK headquarters based in Cardiff, South Wales. With over 90 years of experience, we have an unrivalled reputation in offering finance solutions for the automotive industry. In the UK we are the captive automotive finance provider for Vauxhall Motors, MG Motors, SsangYong UK and we also operate in the independent sector and looking for an Audit Controller to join the team.

The success of our company is reliant on the collaboration of the team and functions. As significant assets to our company, employees are valued and given opportunities to broaden and develop their skills to motivate and ensure we utilise the expertise of individuals.

In 2014, we joined the top 7% of accredited organisations across the UK when it was awarded with the Investors in People Gold standard for realising the potential of its staff.

We are small enough for an individual to make a mark; large enough to develop a challenging career.

Responsibilities

Working within our wholesale team, you will play a key part in coordinating our dealership auditing responsibilities for the UK and Ireland. This is predominantly an administrative/coordinating role, acting as the first point of contact for our field based Auditors. You will allocate their schedules, review the audit results in addition to recording, reporting and escalating the results accordingly.

This is a highly varied role which will offer a fast paced working environment with a requirement to meet SLAs and manage conflicting priorities.

Qualifications

Ideally you will demonstrate experience in a similar role within the retail/wholesale risk or audit environment, with an appreciation for following guidelines and procedures. Strong administration, scheduling and organisational skills are a must; in addition to having the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external contacts. You will also have solid reporting capabilities, including intermediate levels of Excel with the ability to maintain excellent levels of accuracy when working under pressure.

What's on offer for you?

- A competitive salary
- 25 days holiday
- X4 life assurance
- Discount schemes
- Excellent pension scheme
- Free car park and hot drinks

This is an outstanding opportunity to work for an expanding organisation who invest in developing their staff to their highest potential.
