What you will be doing: Sourcing of new business leads from print, online and incidental sources. Understand the sales pitch and deliver this to each potential client in a mature and professional manor. Create written communication, proposals and presentations to a professional level Liaising with different departments within to secure the most comprehensive deals. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers which will consist of recruitment consultancies of various business sizes. Consistent communication with all customers - this should be communication by telephone at least once a month as a minimum. Analyse the up-sell opportunity within each of your paying accounts across divisions, regions, sectors, graduate and international. Negotiation of up-sell opportunities Manage relationships with numerous customer suppliers including advertising agencies, multiposting tools ATS providers and RPOs Analysis and recommendations for the client What we need from you: A strong new business and account management background as we are looking for someone with both telephone and customer facing expertise and a demonstrable background in solution selling. Ideally a background in one or more of: online recruitment advertising, recruitment consultancy, B2B media sales or a relevant online/digital related sales role Ability to create, maintain and grow excellent client relationships. Experience of presenting to groups and at Director Level. Self-motivation and a passion for winning. Excellent negotiation Skills.
