Byddwch chi'n rheoli dyddiadur prysur y Comisiynydd Plant ac yn darparu cefnogaeth effeithlon, effeithiol a chynhwysfawr iddi hi yn ei rôl fel pencampwr annibynnol plant a phobl ifanc Cymru.

Pa sgiliau bydd eu hangen arnoch chi

  • Bod yn drefnus, ac yn gallu blaengynllunio a chadw at derfynau amser
  • Bod yn hyderus wrth gyfathrebu ag amrywiol randdeiliaid ar lefel uwch a gallu gwneud hynny'n fedrus yn Gymraeg a Saesneg, neu feddu ar y gallu i wella sgiliau Cymraeg presennol yn gyflym
  • Bod yn drylwyr, a meddu ar y gallu i dderbyn, hidlo a blaenoriaethu'r holl ohebiaeth mae'r Comisiynydd yn ei derbyn
  • Ymdrin yn fedrus â systemau swyddfa Microsoft a meddu ar sgiliau teipio, prosesu geiriau, prawfddarllen a chymryd cofnodion cywir.

What you'll be doing

You'll be managing the Children's Commissioner's busy diary and provide efficient, effective and comprehensive support to her as Wales' independent champion for children and young people.

What skills you'll need

  • Be organised, with the ability to forward plan and meet deadlines.
  • Be confident in communicating with various stakeholders at a senior level and be able to do so competently in English and Welsh, or possess the aptitude to improve existing Welsh language skills quickly. 
  • Be meticulous, with the ability to receive, filter and prioritise all correspondence received by the Commissioner
  • Be proficient in Microsoft office systems and have accurate typing, word processing, proof reading and minute-taking skills.
