Full Time, Fixed Term until 30th September 2017
Salary: £21,220 - £24,565 per annum
The residential business welcomes hundreds of customers in very large groups over the summer academic break; the post holder will be integral to the cohesive plan and delivery of all bookings.
The post holder will liaise directly with clients throughout the complete residential and conference customer journey. They will be expected to plan and deliver the service in a timely manner and work with other service providers to ensure all customers have a consistent, exceptional experience. They will co-ordinate and deliver the service provision of conferences, events and residential services with other key stakeholders.
The role requires great ‘on the floor' presence, as well as co-ordination of service delivery. Active participation and motivation of others in achieving the department's objectives of increasing customer satisfaction, improving efficiency, increasing productivity and developing income generation through repeat business will be a crucial part of the role.
Flexibility to support other service supervisors and/or managers in order to deliver an efficient customer focused service is essential.
The post holder will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to take immediate ownership of Lampeter residential conferencing delivery as well as support in key high priority events such as Graduation and student return.
