Business Analyst - Cardiff £350 - 400 p/day - good working environment & Benefits 6 months initially, very good chance of extension IntaPeople are seeking a Business Analyst who can help map the many HR defined roles within a large private organisation and determine what technology, access controls, information systems, shared drives site access etc that is needed for each role. This unusual position is part of a move to help the organisation understand where similar roles exist and where consolidation of roles can be made, understand where geographical differences exist for a similar role, understand what levels of IT access within a corporate application a job role needs to a granular level as well as which building accesses a user is required to have to perform their role. You`ll need proven Business Analysis skills, a little IT technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, proven technical writing skills (or maybe spent some time as a technical author), good organisational skills, knowledge of TOGAF and GDPR would be great as would any prior experience of HR mapping or Role based Access controls (although this is not essential). To give you an idea we could be talking up to 2,500 different roles in this company so it`s very likely to extend beyond the initial term. You`ll be based mainly in Cardiff but they`ll be some travel to other (mainly) South Wales based sites to speak with different people as required, mileage can be expensed. You`ll be working at a more strategic management level rather than speaking to every end user individually. You`ll basically be trying to map and determine what every different role needs in order to perform their job. If this sounds of interest please apply as soon as you can or ask for Matt Ford. We feel this role should be commutable from Cardiff, Newport, Bristol, Cwmbran, Rhondda, Merthyr, Barry, Bridgend, Port Talbot and Swansea. ``The services advertised by IntaPeople are those of an Employment Agency and an Employment Business``
