We have an exciting opportunity for an Admin/Invoicing Clerk (Import/Export) to join our team based in Ystrad Mynach near Caerphilly. The role will be a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and will focus on the international work that we carry out for our customers.

Due to recent expansion we currently have a vacancy for a full-time Admin/Invoicing Clerk to work closely with our import/export division at our busy head office administration department in Ystrad Mynach.

Key Responsibilities of our Admin/Invoicing Clerk will include:

- Generate accurate invoices in line with customer requirements

- Chase up any outstanding paperwork with relevant parties

- Answer customer queries by telephone and email

- Process import/export paperwork and documents

Key Skills & Experience required of our Admin/Invoicing Clerk

- IT literate, with experience of invoice software and Excel

- Self-motivation / time management

- Team Working

- Communication

- Good attention to detail

- Customer Focus

Knowledge of international delivery documents and Sage would be an advantage.
