Key Responsibilities: ?? Providing administrative support, in a timely and accurate fashion, to Senior levels of management ?? Ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to ?? Communicating with Key Stakeholders and dealing with any issues as the first point of contact ?? Maintenance of Legal Entity Identifiers and Professional Advisor Records ?? Reporting directly to Head of Investment Management Administration Background of the Investment Management Administrator: ?? Experience in a similar role is desirable ?? Proven organisation and communication skills ?? Self-motivated and the ability to work without supervision ?? Previous knowledge of MS packages and Figaro ??
