Our client is looking for a HR Administrator to join their team in Bridgend for 6 months possibly longer you need to e available to start asap:

Responsibilities:

- Administration of all HR and Recruitment
- Proactive management of hire vehicles in order to guarantee the quality of the vehicles and the service provided
- Responding to any issues that may arise, including: Mechanical faults and Breakdowns
- Being the main point of contact for all car hirers
- Liaising with hirers in order to meet their needs and resolve any issues quickly and efficiently to ensure the best service is provided
- Working with and developing effective relationships with the company's preferred suppliers
- Raising relevant rental documents for all hirers
- Checking any associated insurance certificates and flagging any issues
- General HR administration and assisting on ad hoc projects
