Advanced Manufacturing Technician

Applications are invited for the above post based at the Wales Centre for Advanced Batch Manufacture (CBM) in the new Innovation Quarter in the SA1 area of Swansea.

CBM is a commercially focused advanced research, product development, and batch manufacturing facility.

CBM's unique offering is delivered via an experienced development team, utilising state-of-the-art technology platforms which includes 3D printing, scanning and low volume manufacturing.

CBM supports commercial innovation across a wide range of disciplines and industry sectors including Aerospace, Automotive and Medical. 

The post holder will possess excellent organisational and team working skills and a keen and confident approach to the work. Educated to graduate level or equivalent in a science engineering, design or design related discipline, you will have relevant experience of working within a workshop or manufacturing environment and effectively in a customer facing environment with the flexibility to adapt to the changing demands of the role.

This is a permanent full-time position.
