Field Service Manager / Regional Service Manager (Copy & Print / MFD's / Photocopiers) - South West / South Wales RoleWe are currently looking for an experienced field service manager to provide management & motivation of a team of 8. The strategy will be to ensure continual growth, increased market share & customer satisfaction. This is a brand new role and a fantastic opportunity as you will need to be motivated by the challenge of creating a new department within an established business. The role will be based in the South Wales area & will cover South Wales and South West. Responsibilities - Recruitment / headcount - Motivate & develop team - Ensure training criteria is met - Manager customer satisfaction - Identify new opportunities, working in collaboration with the Sales division - Ensure compliance is in line with company policy - Achieve KPI's e.g. response times, first time fix etc - Optimize use of spares - Reporting to the board on a regular basis Job Criteria: - All candidates MUST have previous experience as a Service Manager managing a team - Experience within the Photocopier / MFD Copy & Print industry is essential - Have management, coaching and motivation skills - Highly customer orientated - Great problem solving skills - Able to lead by example - Personable, approachable and driven by success Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 including bonus Benefits: Fully expensed company car or car allowance, laptop, mobile phone Apply now
