V12 Retail Finance, a specialist retail finance provider with expertise in eFinance, is part of Secure Trust Banking Group. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their Retail Sales Support Department.  

Customers are at the heart of everything V12 Retail Finance does, but they can't achieve their customer-focused strategy without the right people in their team. 

Within a team-oriented and nurturing environment, you'll be supported to build on your existing abilities and train to become a Central Account Manager, making this the ideal role in which to carve out a rewarding career. 

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will support retailers and the Sales Team in order to help grow, sustain and develop the business. 

Managing a small portfolio of central retailer accounts, you will act as a primary point of contact for all queries and ensure that retailers receive a high quality service. 

Additionally, your duties will involve:

- Supporting the day-to-day administration of retailer accounts 
- Monitoring retailers' compliance 
- Providing telephone training support for all central retailers 
- Qualifying sales leads 
- Providing project support for key sales developments 

Interested? To be considered, you'll need:

- At least 12 months' experience gained in a customer-facing, telephone or contact centre environment 
- Experience of administration, multi-customer management and the provision of excellent customer service
- Strong IT skills, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint  
- An understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements that impact consumer credit retail finance, such as money laundering, FCA, AML and CCD 

Customer-focused and enthusiastic, as a Sales Support Administrator, you'll need to be a confident communicator with excellent planning skills. A great eye for detail and a proactive ‘can do' approach are also key.
