The Role Robert Half Finance and Accounting are recruiting a Temporary Accounts Assistant position to join a large company in Swansea on a 2 month basis initially paying up to £12.50 per hour D.O.E. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Processing purchase ledger invoices - (500 invoices weekly) Liaising with engineers to resolve queries Reconciling creditor accounts Processing supplier payments Bank reconciliations Balance sheet reconciliations Prepayments and accruals Review of contract costs Raising sales invoices General accounts functions Your Profile The Successful candidate will have good all round accounts experience processing accounts up to trial balance, ideally having studied an AAT or something similar. Strong Excel experience is a must for this role. The Company My client is an international manufacturing company based in the heart of Swansea.
