Due to ongoing expansion, they are now looking for a Customer Resolutions Executive to join their team at their brand new site in Cardiff.

As a Customer Resolutions Executive, you'll be responsible for managing the complaints process and ensuring that customers receive a high quality service. 

Taking full ownership of customers' complaints, you'll investigate and resolve issues in-line with company and FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) principles. You'll work with customers, colleagues, external businesses and the FOS (Financial Ombudsman Service) to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved. 

Specifically, your duties will involve: 

- Identifying potential issues, errors and breaches 
- Updating customer records 
- Proactively contributing to the growth of your department 
- Making decisions in-line with TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) policies 

Interested? To be considered, you must have: 

- Retail finance experience, particularly with goods claims
- Experience gained within a customer-focused environment 
- A high level of IT literacy 
- Excellent English communication and letter writing skills

Personable and proactive, as a Customer Resolutions Executive, you must have a confident and friendly telephone manner, a team player mentality and excellent organisation skills.
