Our Keyworkers are responsible for coordinating all aspects of personal development and individual progress for key students.

You can make a real and positive impact on the lives of Valence students by enabling our students to learn, promote their independence and help them to achieve.

Have you got what it takes?

You will need to be a confident advocate, recognising the potential of the individual and championing their needs. Experience of complex physical and medical needs along with an ability to support students with challenging behaviour is desirable. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of every student and successful applicants will need and enhanced DBS check. References will be taken up before interview.
